If you are displeased with your purchase at DibAfric, please let us know. Our Refund and Return Policy allows you to return or exchange an article purchased from online with a valid receipt within  days of receiving the item. You will be issued a full refund within  days of your request once the item has been verified.
 Days after item delivery, you are no longer eligible for a refund and cannot return or exchange an item. DibAfric encourages its clients to try out the product or service within the first few days of delivery to ensure it meets their needs.
To be eligible for a full or partial refund or exchange, all physical items must be packed in the original or official packaging, undamaged, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, bonus items, free gifts, manuals and documents that are shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in its original (or any official packaging), DibAfric will exchange the item or offer a full refund based on the original payment method excluding shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as your returned item has been received and inspected by our DibAfric team, you will receive an email notifying you. We shall also let you know if your request for q refund or exchange has been approved or not.
For all approved items, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, the original method of payment within 14 working days. A website code may also be issued as a refund method that is valid for 30 working days.
In some cases, we may grant you a partial refund if:
- Items have obvious sign of use
- Item has a missing part, is slightly damaged or not in its original form
- Item returned late
- Final sale items
NOTE: some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items such as:

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

Exchange (if applicable)
DibAfric only issues exchange of articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and post the article back.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item returned. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
To return your product, please mail it to the return address with your contact details and the reason for your return.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of any and all items to be returned. The shipping costs are non-refundable. When receiving a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. When returning an item please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to certify that your money is safe in case we do not receive your package.
Right of cancellation
DibAfric offers its clients a right to cancellation in addition to the Return and Refund Policy. The customer may cancel an order 24 hours after purchase and a full refund will be issued back to their bank within 30 working days.
